“The PTAC assisted us with registering to do business with the federal government and guided me every step of the way - from setting up my CAGE Code to importing my invoicing into Wide Area Workflow. We thank Amber and the North Country PTAC for helping our business grow! ~ Jessica Curtis-Priestley / Sales & Interior Designer
Amber Stevens, Program Director for the North Country PTAC was integral in getting our S.A.M. Registration reinstated during a period when it became literally impossible to work with any of the normal channels (Federal Support Desk) to resolve our issues related to the “notarized letter” S.A.M. requirement. Amber stayed on top of our situation and continued to push our case forward as she became aware of new avenues for resolution. Our expired S.A.M. registration brought our current government contracts to a standstill as far as the ability to be awarded approved projects, invoice on existing projects and receive payment on work completed. We cannot thank Amber enough for all of her efforts and would highly recommend anyone currently working with or pursuing work with the Federal government to contact PTAC. They are a valuable resource.
